Supporting documents to be provided separately by email
- Invoice for payment of the language test showing the full name of the person to be reimbursed;
- Proof of the university's (or universities') requirement for a commercial test;
- Confirmation of your application to a university exchange (acknowledgement of receipt of your application or, failing that, a copy of your application form).
No refunds will be issued until all of these documents have been provided.
These documents must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org in a single PDF document no later than June 30 of the year in which the exchange application was made.
