After completing an ergonomic assessment request (form below), the requestor is contacted by the UniSEP nursing team at the UNIL site to clarify the scope of the request. If necessary, a visit to the workstation is scheduled and recommendations/proposals are given to the applicant. In all cases, the applicant must seek approval from his/her line manager before submitting the request.
Target audience : all employees experiencing discomfort or pain at their workstation as well as those wishing to prevent health risks.
Duration : 30 to 45 minutes for the initial assessment. Depending on the case, a follow-up of the measures can be scheduled.
Equipment and premises required : the visit takes place at the applicant's workstation.
Loan of ergonomic equipment : Depending on the case, UniSEP can loan ergonomic equipment (mouse, keyboard, briefcase, footrest, Ergotron) for a trial period.
