Departments involved

As the Bachelor in Biology has the objective to provide a broad vision of current biology to the students, the teachers involved in the cursus of the School of Biology belong to various fields of research in biology. These fields are represented in the different departments of the "Fundamental Sciences Section".

Other partners are located in the Microbiology Institute (IMU), in the Ludwig Institut for Cancer Research (LICR), in the "Clinical Sciences Section" at the CHUV (University Hospital Center of Canton de Vaud), and UNISANTÉ, and also at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL).
