Experiment calendar

The experiment calendar below indicates the scheduled bookings and pre-bookings of the LABEX Labs. All reservations that are not yet confirmed are marked as “Pre-booked”. If you would like to make a pre-booking, contact the LABEX Coordination team via email.

Viewing options

You can either look at all lab bookings simultaneously (default view) or look at the calendar of a single lab by first unselecting all laboratory calendars (click on “All” above the colored bars indicating the lab names) and then selecting the lab you would like to consult. Additionally, by hovering over a booking in the calendar, more details on this reservation will be displayed.
