Financial Request

If your experiment is remunerated, you will have to submit an online Financial Request. The financial request allows the HEC Financial Service to plan future expenses, check whether sufficient budget is available, verify the expiry dates of the fund, as well as conduct a cash planning for experiments paying their subjects in cash.

The financial submission is composed of the Financial Request and the Financial Forms (i.e., consent form, payment form, and, if necessary, overbooking form).

As of April 2022, all Submissions (Ethical, Financial, Logistical) must be completed at the HEC Research Platform. You will find the link below.

Be aware that the Financial Service needs approximately one week to process a submission.

Financial Forms

While you create an study on the Research Platform, you will be asked to fill out a short general form about your study so that the Platform can define which submissions and documents are required for your study. You will then be accompanied and guided through the administrative process.

The Financial Forms are important documents, both from a legal and an accounting perspective, and are an integral part of the financial submission. In the approval procedure of the financial submission, the completeness of these forms and the accuracy with which they are filled in are checked by the Lab Coordinator and the HEC Financial Service.

You will find all the financial documents on the Research Platform, namely:

  •     Consent form (required for all studies)
  •     Cash payment form
  •     Bank transfer payment form (paper version)
  •     Overbooking form
  •     Reimbursement form
  •     Money Request Form
  •     Summary table of payments (cash remunerations)
