In line with its vision of promoting interdisciplinarity, inclusion and diversity, the HUB serves 4 UNIL communities :

- Employees
- Alumni
It is also linked to the entire ecosystem of regional entrepreneurship and innovation. The HUB events are therefore open to members external to the University.
