Registration Fees

For the past several conferences, the IAPR has held registration fees at very low levels, often counting on subsidies from external sources to balance the conference budget. After a study comparing IAPR conference registration fees to similar organizations, the Board determined that an increased fee was necessary to sustain the level of conference programming enjoyed by attendees.

The Board also adopted a plan to promote equity of costs among the conference participants based on their country of departmental affiliation. To determine the schedule of fees, they adopted the categories established by the International Union of Psychological Science. For instance, a person who is regularly employed in Ghana but on sabbatical for one year at the London School of Economics would register at the scheduled rate for Ghana.

The complete schedule of registration fees is provided below. Students must be full time & confirmation of status from the supervisor or department head must accompany the registration.

Please note that the fee includes the Social Event.

The registration fee for accompanying persons is fixed at actual cost.

Please note that the actual fees are in Swiss francs (CHF). Generally the Swiss National Bank guarantees CHF-EUR rates, but nevertheless please be aware of the fact that the amount in euro can change.
