Summer exams session

REGISTRATIONS

• From Monday, February 19^th to Sunday, March 17^th, 2024 (23:59) on https://hecnet.unil.ch/inscriptions (UNIL login). If any issues: helpdesk@unil.ch.
• For the courses that have not yet started, please register and you will be able to withdraw your registration, without any consequence, until April 21^st, 2024 by email.
• Warning : your registration on Moodle is not equivalent to a course/exam registration.

LATE REGISTRATIONS

• From Monday, March 18^th to Friday, March 29^th, 2024 (noon) with a fee of CHF 200.00. Please contact us by email to receive the e-banking details.
• After March 29^th, 2024, no registration will be accepted for any reason whatsoever.

REGISTRATIONS TO COURSES OUTSIDE HEC

• Please be informed and respect deadlines, rules and procedures of the Universities and/or faculties which are welcoming you.

UNSUBSCRIPTIONS/CHANGES

• During the 4 official registration weeks, you can unsubscribe or modify any of your registrations directly online and with no fee.
• During the late registration weeks, you can unsubscribe for a fee of CHF 200.- by sending us an e-mail.

SUMMER 2024 EXAM SESSION

• From Monday, June 10^th to Saturday, July 6^th, 2024 (Saturdays included). Please consult our Academic calendar for more info.
• If you need special arrangements for medical reasons, please refer to this document and send us a valid medical certificate by March 29^th 2024 at the very latest.

EXAM SCHEDULE NOTIFICATION

• Mid-May 2024
• We remind you that we are not responsible for potential schedule clashes for students who take courses outside HEC or outside official study plans.

SUMMER SESSION

• From June 10 until July 6, 2024

PUBLICATION OF GRADES

• The evaluation grades from the Spring 2024 semester, including your results for the Summer 2024 session, will be published mid-July 2024.

• An official transcript of records will only be sent by email to the coordinator from your home university. 

RETAKE SESSION

• August 19^th to september 7^th, 2024
