Mr. Rahim Shamji

Rahim Shamji is a member of the Bar Council of England and Wales, Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), and International Mediation and Conciliation Programme. He founded and was a chief executive of ADR ODR International, completed a Programme on Negotiation at the Harvard University, and in 2005 qualified as a mediator. Mr. Shamji has a wide civil and commercial practice where he has undertaken over 500 cases. He regularly undertakes complex multidisciplinary and multi-party cases and has a keen interest in the cross-cultural issues that can often become a barrier to settlement. Mr. Shamji speaks English, Gujarati, Hindi.
