Support young female academics as a mentor
Studies reveal that one major factor leading women to leave academia is their lack of integration and of formal and informal support structures during the postdoctoral stage (Leeman & Stutz, 2008, p.3).

Become a mentor in the PROWD – PROfessional Women with Doctorates programme!
We are seeking to create a pool of UNIL professors available for occasionally meeting with the programme participants from October 2019 on and advising them on, for example, an academic application or grant proposal, on preparing a job interview of trial lecture, or on diverse aspects of the academic career, according to their own personal and professional experience.
