Administrative and technical staff

Workshops for Administrative and Technical Personnel (PAT)

Progress in your career as a woman
Act to support equality as a team manager
Together towards equality

Support for women’s careers and developing skills in equality among supervisory staff are some of the objectives in UNIL’s statement of intentions for 2017-2021.

In order to achieve these objectives, the Equal Opportunities Office is running a new series of training workshops in 2018 aimed at Administrative and Technical Personnel.

PAT Programme

“Ready for her career!” workshops

These workshops offer the women of the PAT the opportunity to take stock of their professional situation and to develop their skills in order to progress in their careers. In 2021, the offer consists of a basic workshop with coaching and several short workshops on a specific theme. These workshops, which are given only in French, can be taken independently of each other.
