Students planning to work as transactional lawyers need broad knowledge across a variety of areas (e.g. contract drafting, company and competition law, IP and tax law). The specialisation “Business Transactions” allows students to place the focus on the courses in the LL.M. curriculum that provide the necessary qualifications in this field.

To acquire a specialisation, students must obtain 18 credits and submit a Master's thesis in their selected field. The remaining credits can be freely chosen
