I am a bioinformatics Java developer. I have special interest in helping life science researchers. Therefore, I am involved in projects aiming to make standardized, usable, and available data, which enables researchers to extract biological knowledge. In order to do this, I work on front and back ends of scientific web applications. Currently, the projects in which I participate are:
- MoultDB: https://moultdb.org - resource on moulting in arthropods (from paleontology to genomics).
- Beebiome: https://beebiome.org - resource providing a comprehensive catalogue of available sequence datasets about bee-associated microbes and virus.
