My academic career in Evolutionary Genomics has focused on inbreeding and the genetic basis of sex determination. Recently, my passion for communication, coordination, science, and human beings has culminated in my current position as 'Scientific Project Manager' for European Reference Genome Atlas (ERGA) as part of the Biodiversity Genomic Europe (BGE) project.
